How Our Remodeling Process works

1. During your initial phone call or visit to Almekinder Builders we will discuss the project you have in mind, your anticipated time frame for completion and cost expectations.
   
   
2. The next step is an onsite visit where we will have an opportunity to actually walk through the remodel with you, listen to your expectations and perhaps provide some ideas from our past projects for your consideration.  If you have any pictures, photos or sketches that you have prepared to help us better understand your vision for the finished space, this is the perfect time to go over them with you.  And, if you have already obtained a professional design for the project, at this point we will begin working from it.  If you don’t already have a design, we will take some measurements which we will then use to develop the construction drawings.
   
   
3. From the materials and measurements we collected during our onsite visit we will prepare a detailed estimate for your project.  Once completed we will arrange a second meeting with you to again go over the project along with the estimate and answer any additional questions you may have.
   
   
4. Once you have approved the design, we will establish a work schedule and begin the remodeling project.
